Wholesales Carrier Department

Our Wholesales carrier department is formed out of four teams:
  • Sales Team:
    Professional Account Managers; their key focus, is to create an efficient partnership environment with wholesale carriers around the world.
  • Rates Team:
    Highly organized professionals holding the rates profile of our partners, focusing on managing, updating and issuing wholesale termination rates lists.
  • Technical Noc Team:
    Our experienced technical engineers promise our partners a 24/7 follow up and support ensuring a smooth technical operation of monitoring and maintaining the highest quality of our services. They are available via our support portal, and reachable via trouble tickets. They are call away from our partners.
  • Accounting Team:
    In addition to handling the traditional financial operations, our Accounting Team is in charge of updating and invoicing the payments of our wholesale partners.

Retail Carrier Department

Our Retail Carrier Department is responsible of the Resellers account, and as the Wholesales carrier department it’s formed of four Teams as well.
  • Sales Team:
    Professional Account Managers in charge of acquiring new resellers, customers & suppliers, where they will be your first point of contact at COMdata prior sign up.
